The Trillium Group, Limited provides medical billing services using a staff of primarily telecommuters. Two-thirds to three-fourths of Iris Feinberg's staff works from home, and she counts on the technical expertise of Englert Technology to keep her network up and running. As many as 40 telecommuters must be able to dial into the network simultaneously and communicate with one another.
